Incident Involving Secret Service Agents Occurs Near Obama’s Home
A video has emerged showing a physical altercation between two female Secret Service Uniformed Division officers outside former President Barack Obama’s Washington, D.C., residence. The fight reportedly took place around 2:30 a.m. on May 21 and was first reported by RealClearPolitics correspondent Susan Crabtree.
According to Crabtree, one officer radioed for a supervisor, saying, “I need a supervisor out here… immediately before I whoop this girl’s ass,” after becoming frustrated that her shift replacement was late. When the second officer finally arrived, tensions escalated into a verbal and physical confrontation.
The Secret Service confirmed the incident, stating that both officers were suspended from duty and are currently under internal investigation. A spokesperson emphasized that the agency maintains a strict code of conduct and that any violations are taken seriously.
Crabtree suggested the incident has raised concerns within the agency about past diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives, questioning whether standards were lowered under former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle.
Despite the dramatic nature of the altercation, sources say it did not disturb the Obama household or the surrounding neighborhood. It remains unclear whether either officer was injured or what disciplinary actions may follow.
